Shipping & Deliveries
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
New Zealand: We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 to ALL New Zealand addresses. For orders under that amount there is a fixed fee of $5 or an $8.50 fixed fee for Rural Shipping.
Rural Shipping: We charge a fixed fee of $8.50 to all rural addresses in New Zealand if you spend under $70. If you spend over $70 you are eligible for our FREE SHIPPING option. If you are unsure whether you are rural or not please use this address checker before checking out. - check your address here
International: We only ship within New Zealand.
Orders placed and paid for before 4pm, Monday to Friday, will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 4pm may still be shipped same day depending on order volume, but if not they will be shipped on the following business day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Thursdays & before 4pm on Fridays will arrive the following Monday. We do offer Saturday delivery for this occasion, so please select this option during checkout for a fixed fee of $5.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once you have received an email confirming your order has been shipped, your package will be processed and delivered by NZ Couriers. If you have ordered before 4pm, you can reasonably expect your package to arrive on the following business day. However please be aware that we cannot guarantee next day delivery, only that we will get your package to NZ Couriers in time for them to meet their target. Rural addresses are not eligible for next day delivery, and an extra 1-2 working days should be allowed.
We offer Saturday Delivery via NZ Couriers for a fixed fee of $5 for all orders placed before 4pm on Fridays. Saturday Delivery is not part of our Free Delivery policy so please select this option to get a Saturday Delivery. This option is available in most metropolitan areas but NOT available for rural addresses. INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive your order and find we’ve sent the wrong item(s) or something is missing, please get in touch with our Support Team who will resolve this for you immediately. firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Contact page.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON MY ORDER?
All products sent are signature required, please ensure someone is available to receive the item(s) on arrival. Alternatively you can change your delivery to non-signature by explicitly stating so in writing via email or in the notes section on the cart page. Should you choose this option NZ Ecig Store cannot be held responsible for non-delivered items. You will have to resolve any issues yourself directly with the Courier company involved.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?
We are unable to deliver directly to PO Boxes or parcel lockers as our delivery services require a signature. Alternatively read above.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN PERSON?
At this time we are operating as an online ONLY store, so all orders will need to be purchased online and therefore shipped to an appropriate address. We will be opening retail locations across New Zealand in the coming months so please follow us on Facebook & Instagram for the latest information on a store opening near you soon.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our distribution centre, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. You can track your order using the tracking number and link in the dispatch confirmation email we will send to the email address you entered on your order.
