Once you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched, your package will be processed and delivered by NZ Post / Courier Post. If you have ordered before 4pm, you can reasonably expect your package to arrive on the following business day. However please be aware that we cannot guarantee next day delivery, only that we will get your package to NZ Post / Courier Post in time for them to meet their target. Rural addresses are not eligible for Overnight delivery, and an extra 1-2 working days should be allowed.
All orders sent are signature required unless stated so in writing via email or delivery instructions in the cart. Please ensure someone is available to receive the item(s) on arrival. Alternatively you can change this on your delivery by going to the NZ Post website, use your tracking number to find your order and click the Leave My Parcel or Redirect My Parcel buttons on the tracking page.
